Ghost PM is an autonomous AI project manager built on OpenClaw that runs 24/7 across any messaging platform — silently turning conversations into structured Notion tasks without any manual input.
Shipped end-to-end in a 5-hour hackathon, Ghost PM addresses a real operational gap: project teams lose decisions, action items, and deadlines in the noise of async chat. Ghost PM listens continuously, detects what matters, and logs it — so nothing slips through.
What I built:
- Agent Architecture — Designed a context-aware message-to-task pipeline that reliably identifies actionable items from unstructured conversation across platforms.
- Infrastructure & Deployment — Self-hosted on a VPS with full remote setup, configuration, and iteration over SSH for true 24/7 uptime.
- Notion Automation — Built a live integration that captures tasks, owners, and context into a structured workspace in real time.
- Full-Cycle Delivery — Took Ghost PM from concept to working prototype to deployed system inside a single hackathon session.
